Rebecca Gregory, propriétaire gestionnaire du Château La Commanderie vous ouvre les portes de sa propriété familiale pour un week-end d’exception. L’histoire de la commanderie remonte à l’époque cathare ; le château fut ensuite la plus importante commanderie de l’Ordre de Malte du Languedoc. Madame Gregory vous fera partager sa passion pour ce terroir et notamment son vignoble en collaboration avec l’oenologue Paul Bonno.

After the success of the first edition, Rebecca Gregory, proprietor of Château la Commanderie, invites you to her ancient family estate for another exceptional weekend exploring the history, food and wine of this lovely region. The history of La Commanderie goes back to the Cathar period ; later on the chateau became the most important commanderie of the Knights of Malta in the Languedoc. Ms Gregory will share with you her passion for this region and more particularly for its vineyard in collaboration with the oenologist, Paul Bonno.
